Self Pay Fees
Fees are determined before or on the first session. All payments are due before or after services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. All payments are made secure with square or saved card on file. I can accept other forms of payment per client's request.
I am currently only seeing clients remotely. I am only accepting work with couples at this time.

My goal is to provide very well services to meet your goals, but I understand that issues can arise, please let me know, and I will try to make it right for you.
Changes
Please advise The Family Therapy Ancillary of any changes in your circumstances, including your current address, contact information, place of employment, child’s school, or school district, Marital status, visitation, and mediation.
Safety Concerns
f there are any concerns about safety, at any time when I am working with you, please inform me immediately. Calls placed to the counselor’s office should be for brief consultation, (no longer than 15 minutes), or for a non-emergency situation. Should a long consultation be needed, the client should call and schedule an additional appointment. The counselor will attempt to return calls within 24 hours a day.
An emergency constitutes a situation in which someone is:
Has plans of self-harm or of harming others. Demonstrates potentially harmful behavior.

Statement of Disclosure
Personal values
Naturally with all people, my own personal beliefs and values can affect the services I provide, however I will never attempt to impose my personal beliefs on any client. I value professionalism and respect for others beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds. I ask that my clients do the same in return. If we run into each other in public, I will not acknowledge that I know you, to protect your confidentiality, you’re always welcome to say hello and I will acknowledge you then, but only if you initiate the conversation. I always respect my clients privacy.
Web Communication
Social Media Websites. Danett Simmons does not communicate via these methods. This includes any form of friend or contact request, direct message, wall post, and so on. This is to protect your confidentiality and ensure appropriate boundaries in therapy. While you are always free to express yourself in the manner you choose, please be aware of the potential impact on your confidentiality prior to leaving a review, comment, etc. It is often impossible to remove reviews and something you should consider before posting on web.

Termination of Services
The Family Therapy Ancillary Services encourages you to continue with services, long enough to improve and reach your goals. If you desire to terminate your services, you have the right to terminate or quit my services at any time. I also have the right to terminate services in which I may determine the need to end the therapeutic relationship:
If you no longer need therapy and I believe you are no longer benefiting from continuing therapy.
I may end therapy for continued missed appointments without 24 hour notice, and failing to reschedule missed appointments, or failing to be current in payments or other arrangements.
If the therapy relationship becomes a subject to a conflict of interest or a potential dual relationship that may compromise my ability remain therapeutically neutral. I may refer you to a therapist.
If I end my private practice or relocate to another area.

Therapy Risks
In general, clients are better off after therapy than they were before it, but some concerns or symptoms that brought you to therapy may worsen before improving. Your concerns and symptoms may not improve as a result of therapy. After a session, you may find yourself needing some quiet time or space to process the session.
