I am a versatile therapist with a specialization in trauma, youth, and family work. I support young people who struggle with managing grief, anxiety, emotions, and behaviors, as well as parents navigating challenges with their child or adolescent. In addition, I work effectively with individuals—both men and women—as well as couples, helping them build healthier relationships, better lives, connection, repair, and stronger emotional well-being.I support:
